Our client, a leading provider in the UK education sector, is seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Learning Coach to join their team in Doncaster. Our client delivers innovative learning solutions through experienced trainers, cutting-edge technology, and a supportive cultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching learners at their workplaces, including working with renowned names in the Health and Social Care industry
- Guiding learners on the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to achieve their apprenticeship standards
- Supporting learners through their apprenticeship journey, ensuring they meet targeted milestones
- Delivering engaging training sessions and creating a positive learning environment
- Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and providing feedback
- Collaborating with other trainers and professionals to enhance training programmes
Job Requirements:
- Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification or higher
- Extensive and current vocational experience in a Health and Social Care setting
- Experience in a senior care role, with expertise in Dementia, Learning Disabilities, and Adult Health and Social Care
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience in high-demand environments, meeting targets and tight deadlines
Desirable:
- Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
- Experience in the work-based learning (WBL) or education environment
