We are on the hunt for a Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Tutor to join a leading skills provider, who deliver apprenticeships across the UK. We''re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Tutor (HandSC) to support and inspire learners working towards their work-based qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging teaching and learning sessions using a variety of delivery methods Manage and support a caseload of learners, ensuring progress, retention and achievement Conduct regular reviews with learners and employers in line with ESFA and learner journey requirements Provide constructive and impactful feedback to support learner development Prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA) ensuring portfolios are complete and learners feel confident Use digital learning resources and platforms to support off-the-job andworkplace training Identify and remove barriers to learning, supporting ..... full job details .....
