Health and Safety Trainer Location: Cumbria (Hybrid) Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 + BenefitsAre you an experienced Health and Safety professional with a passion for training and developing others?This is a great opportunity to join a respected consultancy to take the lead on the delivery of health and safety training and courses to a diverse client base. Working as part of a professional team, you''ll help clients maintain high standards and drive positive safety culture.Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor will include:Delivering IOSH Working Safely and Managing Safely courses, alongside Level 3 Health and Safety and fire safety training.Developing and delivering engaging, practical training sessions through both virtual and face to face formats.Supporting clients with their wider Health and Safety training requirements and providing practical advice where required.Building strong client relationships and adapting training delivery to suit different audiences and learning needs.The successful Health and Safety Advisor will have:A Level 3 Train the Trainer or equivalent teaching qualification.A strong Health and Safety background with experience delivering professional training, ideally including IOSH courses.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage and influence at all levels.A practical, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for improving safety performance.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing consultancy with a strong ..... full job details .....
