Health and Safety Supervisor

A rapidly growing engineering business based near Horsham are looking for a proactive Group Health and Safety Advisor to support their operational teams and maintain high safety standards across the business.This is a hands-on, varied role with a mix of site visits, audits, risk assessments, and advisory work.The position is based on a 12 month fixed term contract.Key Responsibilities

Support the management and delivery of our HandS systems.Conduct internal audits and site inspections.Compile HandS reports, stats, and newsletters.Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.Complete risk assessments and method statements.Deliver toolbox talks and in-house HandS training.Provide practical, on-site HandS advice and support.Stay up to date with legislation and industry standards.What Youll Need

NEBOSH NGC (minimum), ideally working towards a Diploma.Practical health and safety experience in manufacturing and/or construction.CSCS Card and full UK driving licence.Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.IT literate and detail ..... full job details .....
