Astute''s Renewables Team is partnering with a global EPC contractor in the renewable energy sector, to recruit a Health and Safety Supervisor for its large-scale solar farm in Cressing, Braintree, Essex.The strategically important Health and Safety Supervisor role comes with a salary up to 65,000, a 10% pension, private health insurance and life insurance.If you''re a Health and Safety Supervisor and are looking to work for an organisation that is a major player in the renewables industry and offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale renewable energy projects, then submit your CV to apply today.Responsibilities and duties of the Health and Safety Supervisor roleReporting to the Site Manager / Project Management Team, you will:Review Pre-Construction Information (PCI), project drawings and the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan (CPHSP) to identify foreseeable health and safety risks and ensure appropriate controls are implemented.Ensure the site complies with all relevant HSE legislation, documentation and company safety management procedures.Prepare, maintain and submit site health and safety files in accordance with project requirements.Prepare risk assessments and environmental risk assessments, reviewing subcontractors'' Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and providing feedback where amendments are required.Develop and deliver site-specific HSE inductions, ensuring workers understand identified hazards and control measures.Prepare and maintain ..... full job details .....
