You''ll be the go-to person for the building, looking after the day-to-day running of the office and site, making sure health and safety is in place and compliant, and acting as the friendly first point of contact for visitors, deliveries and contractors. You''ll also give some support to the stock room team. This is a practical, varied role for someone who likes to take ownership, enjoys being on their feet and is happy to get stuck in.Our client is offering a salary from 40k upwards along with the chance to work for a thriving and growing business in their wonderful office premises. The roleOversee the contracts and facilities covering the office building and external areas.Organise quotes, budgets and approvals, and book contractors to cover the planned preventative maintenance scheduleAct as the main contact for contractors and third parties, and be on site while work is carried outBe the key holder and first point of call for the external security team, including out-of-hours callouts where neededLook after fire and intruder alarms and make sure the annual fire risk assessment is completedKeep the office and external areas tidy, ..... full job details .....
