This role is ideal for a proactive EHS professional who thrives in diverse cultural and regulatory environments, maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance.Day-to-day of the role:Site Auditing and Assurance:Conduct planned EHS audits across project sites throughout Europe.Assess compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable local legislation.Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement and provide practical recommendations.Produce high-quality audit reports with clear corrective and preventive actions.Support the development and implementation of site improvement plans.Incident Investigation:Lead and support investigations into accidents, incidents, near misses, and hazardous conditions.Conduct root cause analysis using recognised methodologies.Prepare detailed investigation reports and present findings to management teams.Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.Share lessons learned across the business to prevent recurrence.Client and Stakeholder Engagement:Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, site ..... full job details .....
