Proactive approach to health and safety managementPassion for digital tools, automation, and simplificationProven experience in the procurement, project management, and implementation of HandS software and programsExperience working with HandS software, with current knowledge of applications, data analytics, and systemsCompetent in the application and use of AI to simplify and automate where appropriateStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in data analysis tools and softwareCreative and innovative problem solverProficient in project and change managementDegree or equivalent in Health and SafetyAdvanced experience working as a HandS professional within a HandS team in a global organizationWhat you''ll do
Analyze health and safety data such as KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvementManage the reporting schedule for HandS KPIs regionally and globallyResponsible for production of consistent global and regional HandS performance reportsManage and identify improvements to enhance current reporting processesDevelop tools and systems to support efficient KPI data reportingProvide quality assurance on HandS data inputs such as incident reportingIdentify interventions to improve, working with local teams to coach and enhance data reportingManage and own incident reporting portal, identify enhancements, and improve data outputs and presentationIdentify future projects focusing on digital automation, technological advancements, and HandS system enhancementsIdentify providers for technological advancements and HandS system enhancementsSupport VP Global HandS in future procurement tenders and supplier selection to deliver system enhancementsA bit about us: Digital Realty brings companies and data together by delivering data center, colocation, and interconnection solutions.
