Driver Training programme: Spearhead the internal driver training programme in collaboration with Fleet, Employability, and People Development teams, ensuring all drivers receive top-notch training aligned with current risk assessments. Identify Needs: Work closely with various operational business areas to pinpoint training and development needs that enhance team performance. Collaborate: Partner with the Learning and Development and HandS teams to develop effective induction programmes for new hires, promoting a culture of learning and customer excellence. analyse and Report: Prepare insightful training and HandS reports that demonstrate compliance and ROI, showcasing the impact of your training initiatives.
