Health and Safety Officer
Our client is a growing and dynamic construction management company, proud of their reputation for quality, professionalism, and safety. Working with live retail environments and delivering high quality projects. They are now looking for a Health and Safety Officer to join their team, someone who s passionate about creating and maintaining safe working environments and ensuring you stay fully compliant across all areas of their business.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Health and Safety Officer, you ll take full responsibility for health and safety across their live sites and office operations. This is a hands-on role with real influence, ensuring that safety remains at the heart of everything they do.Your key responsibilities will include:Conducting regular safety inspections and audits on live sites and office environmentsMaintaining and updating all company health and safety policies and proceduresManaging and renewing accreditations and compliance documentationLeading safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks for staff and subcontractorsProducing professional reports, assessments, and safety documentationInvestigating incidents and implementing corrective actionsPromoting a positive safety culture across the businessRequirements Experience in a Health and Safety role (ideally within construction or a similar industry)A full UK Driving licenseA company vehicle/ Fuel allowancePossibility of travelling, accommodation will be paid forStrong understanding of UK health and ..... full job details .....
