This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team where safety, sustainability and continuous improvement are a priority.The RoleAs Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor, you will help maintain high standards across the site. You will work with colleagues at all levels to improve safety, environmental performance and workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain risk assessments and safe systems of work.Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance.Manage incident reporting and investigate trends.Carry out audits, inspections and workplace assessments.Support the ergonomics and PPE programmes.Monitor and close health, safety and environmental actions.Deliver health and safety training.Support emergency response planning and site drills.Promote continuous improvement and a positive safety culture.About YouNEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent qualification.Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety systems.Good understanding of ISO 14001.Manufacturing or engineering experience.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.Organised, proactive and detail-focused.Confident working independently and with teams at all levels.A positive, approachable and continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
