Ideally with SMSTS and CSCS. Following an internal audit a number of unsafe conditions and contractor activities were observed on site. There is a lack of effective control measures on site and we require someone to improve compliance and improve health and safety standards. The worker will need to have a bit of presence about them in case the need to stop the work, advise and ensure they are happy before work recommences.
