Environment, Health and Safety Officer Full-Time Permanent Banbury We are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an Environment, Health and Safety Officer to join an established manufacturing environment based in Banbury. This is a key role within the HSE function, supporting the business in maintaining high standards of occupational health, safety and environmental compliance. Reporting to the HSE Manager, the successful candidate will provide hands-on Health and Safety support across a designated manufacturing area, while also contributing to site-wide environmental and HSE initiatives. The role would suit an experienced Health and Safety professional with strong knowledge of occupational safety management systems, hazard identification and risk assessment, who is also keen to contribute to environmental and continuous improvement activities. The Role As Environment, Health and Safety Officer, you will support the HSE Manager in maintaining and improving the site''s Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems. You will play an important role in ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements, supporting audits and inspections, managing incidents and corrective actions, and promoting a positive safety culture across the business.
