Health and Safety OfficerFood Manufacturing Birmingham Fixed Term Contract 12 Months (with potential extension)Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday (8:30am 4:30pm) Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays Pension: Up to 4% employer contribution Benefits: Good benefits package About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Officer to join our Food Manufacturing site in Birmingham. This is a key, hands-on role within the Site Management Team, reporting directly to the Group Health and Safety Manager.You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety legislation and internal standards across the site, working closely with colleagues across all departments. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys being visible on the shop floor and influencing positive safety culture.Occasional travel within the UK to other company sites and customer offices will be required.
