Health and Safety Advisor 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Sevenoaks, Kent Salary: 40,210 - 44,130 FTE 37.5 Hours per Week Manpower is recruiting an experienced Health and Safety Advisor on behalf of a specialist educational setting in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead health and safety compliance, promote a positive safety culture, and help ensure a safe environment for staff, students, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and review health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments. Conduct audits, inspections, and accident investigations. Provide expert advice to managers and staff on compliance and best practice. Deliver health and safety training and inductions. Liaise with contractors, regulators, and external agencies. What We''re Looking For: NEBOSH qualification or equivalent. Strong health and safety experience with a solid understanding of UK legislation. Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills. Experience within education or public sector environments is desirable. An Enhanced DBS check will be required.
