We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Officer to support property maintenance, compliance and construction activities across residential housing environments across Cumbria. This role involves working closely with frontline teams and contractors to uphold health and safety standards and ensure legal compliance. The successful Health and Safety Officer will: Conduct site inspections, health and safety audits, and deliver toolbox talks to promote safe practices. Prepare and maintain pre-construction information and review risk assessments, method statements, and construction phase plans.
