This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, maintaining safe working practices, and overseeing site maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities Maintain and enforce Health and Safety policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, inductions, and toolbox talks. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, implementing corrective actions where required. Deliver Health and Safety training and support staff development. Monitor compliance with COSHH regulations and safety documentation. Coordinate equipment servicing, inspections, testing, and certification. Support fire safety, first aid coordination, and emergency preparedness. Carry out routine building and site maintenance inspections.
