Working closely with the Group HSE Manager and site management team, you will play an important role in supporting the site''s HSE vision and continually improving its health and safety culture. The role will involve championing and advocating HSE controls and standards across the site, supporting risk assessment activity, reviewing hazard reports, and helping to ensure functional compliance with all relevant health and safety requirements. You will also be responsible for producing and maintaining HSE reports, spreadsheets and KPIs, analysing HSE data to identify trends and areas of concern, and following up on outstanding actions. Full training, coaching and mentoring will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone at entry to mid-level who is keen to develop their HSE knowledge and experience within a leading FMCG environment.
