Your New RoleAs Health, Safety and Environmental Officer, you will provide expert guidance and support across manufacturing, assembly, office and site operations. Working closely with managers, employees, contractors and customers, you will ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation while promoting best practice across all departments.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting the development and implementation of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.Producing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).Conducting workplace inspections, audits and site safety visits.Investigating incidents, near misses and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.Delivering employee inductions, toolbox talks and safety training sessions.Monitoring compliance with current HSE legislation and company management systems.Assisting with emergency preparedness planning and response procedures.Maintaining accurate HSE records and ..... full job details .....
