This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving a positive safety culture across office, fabrication and site-based operations while supporting continuous improvement and environmental compliance initiatives. Your New RoleAs Health, Safety and Environmental Officer, you will provide practical HSE advice and support across the business, ensuring compliance with current legislation, company procedures, and industry best practices.Key duties will include:Provide HSE guidance and support to managers, supervisors and employees.Promote a positive safety culture and encourage continuous improvement across all departments.Develop, review and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).Conduct workplace inspections across manufacturing, workshop and site environments.Maintain accurate HSE records, documentation and compliance reports.Investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.Support emergency preparedness planning and testing across multiple locations.Participate in site safety walks, toolbox talks and daily briefings.Liaise with clients, contractors and external stakeholders to ensure compliance standards are maintained.Monitor environmental compliance and assist with sustainability initiatives.What You''ll Need to SucceedPrevious experience in a Health and Safety ..... full job details .....
