On offer is a salary of -45,000 plus unique company benefits. You will be joining a highly respected business, specialising in baked goods who are undergoing long-term growth. Key duties: Attend retail outlets and / or factory areas on a regular basis to monitor safety and assist managers in ensuring H&S activities are met and reviewed as necessary. Provide support at investigation of all accidents ensuring appropriate documentation is completed and corrective actions are undertaken by appropriate management to agreed timescales. Co-ordinate and conduct on-site Health & Safety training In conjunction with senior management review of H&S policies, procedures, targets and objectives. Candidate requirements: Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a hands on and proactive approach. Resilient and able to follow tasks through to completion.
