Health and Safety ManagerYolk Recruitment are working with a long-established manufacturing business seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to take ownership of site-wide HSE across a busy, high-risk production environment. This is a hands-on, shopfloor-based role, not a desk-led compliance position - you''ll be present in operations, working closely with teams on the ground and directly influencing safe systems of work across the site.The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced industrial setting where priorities can shift quickly and a practical, solutions-focused approach is essential. You''ll be expected to influence behaviours, challenge unsafe practices, and build strong relationships with operational teams at all levels.This role suits someone who enjoys being close to operations, managing risk in real time, and embedding strong health and safety standards across a live production environment.
