Location: London or Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working) Salary: 80,000 - 90,000 Type: Full-Time, Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a leading organisation operating within the UK energy and utilities sector. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving Health, Safety and Environmental performance across a growing business involved in infrastructure development, construction and asset management. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping HSE strategy, strengthening governance frameworks and embedding a proactive safety culture throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of the company''s HSE strategy. Ensure compliance with UK health, safety and environmental legislation, including CDM Regulations. Oversee HSE governance, assurance programmes, audits and reporting. Provide expert guidance on electrical safety, construction safety and environmental management. Support contractor management, site assurance activities and risk control processes. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with operational, engineering and leadership teams to drive positive HSE outcomes. About You Significant HSE leadership experience within the energy, utilities, power, DNO/IDNO or infrastructure sectors.
