A well-established commercial property consultancy is seeking a skilled and motivated

Health and Safety Manager

to support its expanding operations across a diverse commercial property portfolio. This is a key position within the organisation’s Health and Safety function, offering the opportunity to shape and maintain high standards of compliance across managed sites and internal operations.The Role:You will provide day-to-day support for health and safety matters across a portfolio of commercial properties, helping to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance, effective risk management, and a strong safety culture.Key Responsibilities:Support the creation and implementation of company-wide health and safety policies and procedures.Provide practical HandS advice to staff across regional sites and offices.Assist in developing and delivering internal HandS training sessions.Offer guidance on the use of digital HandS platforms and compliance systems.Carry out site-specific risk assessments and audits.Maintain documentation in line with ISO 45001 standards.Support incident response and investigation processes, including liaison with external agencies where required.Participate in regular internal HandS meetings.Engage with clients on HandS-related matters as appropriate.Take on responsibilities such as Fire Warden and First Aider for designated office(s).Monitor legislative developments and make recommendations in line with industry best practice.Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in a health and safety role, ideally within the property or facilities management sector.NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH).Strong knowledge of fire safety in commercial or managed property environments.Relevant qualifications and industry memberships.Full UK driving licence.Seniority level
