The suitable Health and Safety professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best practices and ensure workplaces meet all legal and organisational standards. Additionally, the Health and Safety Manager will support sustainability initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement, as well as reporting to the Head of Facilities Management.Key Responsibilities for the Health and Safety Manager will be:Lead health and safety compliance efforts across all EMEA sites, including regular audits and risk assessments, assessing the outcomes and implementing improved strategy to resolve the negative outcomes.Manage duty of care within third-party distribution centres, commercial offices and retail stores, ensuring safety standards are upheld.Develop and implement safety policies in line with regional legislative requirements and best practices.Collaborate with HR, operational teams, and sustainability groups ..... full job details .....
