Health andamp; Safety Manager - London/Surrey (Hybrid) - £65,000We are supporting a leading global technology and consulting organisation that is delivering a major Transport project and is looking for an experienced Health, Safety andamp; Environment (SHE) Manager to join the team.This is a senior role responsible for leading all Safety, Health and Environmental activities across the project, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, contractual requirements and the organisation''s SHE framework.What You''ll Be DoingDevelop, implement and maintain project SHE Management Plans and associated SHE deliverables.Ensure compliance with the Health andamp; Safety at Work Act 1974, CDM Regulations, environmental legislation and contractual requirements.Lead and manage the SHE team, providing coaching, direction and performance oversight.Act as the primary SHE contact for the client, attending coordination meetings, audits, safety reviews and workshops.Oversee SHE documentation including risk assessments, RAMS, reports and evidence required by internal and external stakeholders.Maintain SHE records in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.Lead safety risk identification, assessment, mitigation and tracking across project workstreams.Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.Identify and deliver SHE training and awareness initiatives, including inductions and toolbox talks.Work closely with project stakeholders and subcontractors to promote a ..... full job details .....
