The successful candidate will take full ownership of the Health and Safety function and will act as the sole HandS lead within the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the company''s Health and Safety function across multiple manufacturing sitesDevelop, review, and implement HandS policies and proceduresConduct and review risk assessments and ensure compliance across all locationsDeliver, coordinate, and review Health and Safety training programmesSupport audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure the business remains compliant with all relevant legislation and best practice standardsWork closely with operational teams to drive a strong HandS culture throughout the organisationRequirementsProven background within medical device manufacturing is essentialPrevious experience operating as a standalone or lead Health and Safety professionalStrong understanding of Health and Safety legislation and compliance within a regulated manufacturing environmentComfortable working ..... full job details .....
