This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety Manager who enjoys a practical, hands-on role with genuine autonomy and the chance to make a visible impact. This is not a heavily corporate, policy-writing position. Instead, we re looking for someone who can work closely with project teams, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure health and safety standards are embedded across live project environments. The Role As the Health and Safety Manager, you ll play a key role supporting multiple live construction and engineering projects, acting as the trusted HandS lead across site operations. Responsibilities will include: Conducting regular site inspections and audits Supporting project teams with RAMS reviews and compliance Attending client pre-start, progress, and coordination meetings Ensuring CDM compliance and contractor adherence Investigating incidents, near misses, and implementing corrective actions Delivering toolbox talks and practical HandS guidance onsite Supporting project documentation and compliance requirements Working closely with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement This is a highly autonomous role where your expertise and judgement will be trusted. ..... full job details .....
