Health and Safety ManagerCoventrySalary Up to £50,000 BenefitsPermanentAre you passionate about Health and Safety and thrive having the responsibility for local, multiple sites?I am looking for a Pro-Active and highly visible Health and Safety Manager to work with a manufacturing business in the Coventry area, covering a few sites locally, in this role you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring as well as maintaining the Health and Safety Standards for the business What you will be doing:Be responsible for the Health and Safety and concerns for multiple sites including develop, manage and monitoring of HSE mattersBe the ''go to'' expert for all matters regarding HSE and work with the senior leadership team giving any guidance where requiredPromoting a positive attitude to safe working and operating working with all internal stakeholdersBe the first port of call for all external agencies to HSE mattersKeep the business compliant with changing regulations and implementing any changes neededImplement and develop a robust culture of Health and SafetyEnsure all documentation is up to date and maintainedSkills ExperienceProven track record working as a HSE Manager within manufacturingConfident with strong leadership skills being able to motivate and implement changeAs a minimum be NEBOSH qualified (or equivalent)Excellent communicator at all levels both verbally and writtenAble to work autonomously and pro-activelyOrganised and able to work under pressureExperience of ..... full job details .....
