Senior HSEQ and Compliance ManagerSouthamptonMonday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 50,000 - 55,000 per annum (DOE) The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior HSEQ and Compliance Manager to take ownership of Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Information Security, and Facilities across multiple operational sites. This is a senior, hands-on position that combines strategic leadership with operational delivery in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.This role is ideal for an HSEQ professional who thrives on responsibility, enjoys influencing at senior level, and is passionate about driving a strong safety and compliance culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS)Ensure full compliance with HSE, environmental legislation, and ISO standardsOversee internal and external audits, inspections, and incident investigationsManage risk, insurance, and facilities processesAct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compliance, risk, and best practiceDrive engagement and promote a positive HSEQ culture across all sitesEssential RequirementsNEBOSH Diploma (or working towards)NEBOSH General CertificateMinimum 5 years'' experience in a senior HSE / Compliance roleProven experience managing ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001Strong experience leading audits, investigations, and compliance programmesFull UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel between sitesAbout YouA confident leader with strong stakeholder management ..... full job details .....
