The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for: Conducting Health and Safety audits, maintaining legal and risk registers, and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices through tools like CEDREC.Developing and delivering Health and Safety training, updating induction materials, and embedding risk controls into SOPs and work instructions to promote safe ways of working.Leading preparedness and response efforts for emergencies, ensuring statutory inspections are completed, and investigate incidents with corrective and preventative actions.Championing behavioural safety, leading the Safety Champions and HSandE Committee, support occupational health initiatives, and report KPIs and shared learnings to management.
