Health and Safety Manager – Nationwide (Midlands-Based Preferred)

Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.Up to £60,000 + Car PackageWe are looking to speak to Senior HS Advisors/HS Managers for our client working within logistics and construction. This is a field-based role involving regular site visits, and would ideally suit someone located in the Midlands for convenient access to nationwide projects.Key Responsibilities: • Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation • Advising project teams on temporary works, traffic management, and site safety procedures • Preparing and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) • Promoting a proactive and positive safety culture across all sites • Identifying potential risks and implementing practical solutionsRequirements: • Minimum NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential) • Proven experience within the construction industry, including temporary works and traffic management • Strong understanding of RAMS and their practical application • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Willingness to travel nationwide as part of the rolePackage: • Competitive salary up to £60,000 • Car package included • Travel expenses coveredIf you are interested in this role, please reach out at conor.hamlin@shirleyparsons.com or send me a message on ..... full job details .....
