Health and Safety Manager London UK and International remit Full-time Hybrid working (approx. 60/40)An international professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead and develop its HandS function across UK and international offices.This is a senior, visible role with real influence-ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking.The roleLead and manage the Health and Safety function across multiple locationsLine manage and develop a Health and Safety AdvisorEnsure compliance with UK HandS legislation, including Fire Safety, First Aid, PAT, RIDDOR and contractor managementDeliver internal audits and ensure policies, systems and documentation remain fit for purposeImplement and maintain ISO 14001 and progress towards ISO 45001Oversee HandS training programmes and specialist risk assessmentsAct as Lead Incident Control Officer, Lead Fire Warden and First AiderProduce monthly and annual HandS reporting for senior managementManage the Health and Safety budget and approve related spendWork closely with Facilities, HR and Responsible Business teams to support wellbeing, accessibility and reasonable adjustmentsAbout youProven experience managing Health and Safety across multiple UK sites (international exposure desirable)Strong working knowledge of UK HandS legislation and best practiceNEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)Experience implementing or working towards ISO 45001Confident ..... full job details .....
