In this role you will strengthen health, safety, quality, and environmental processes providing variety, training and progression. Have you got a Health and safety background in the construction industry? Are you looking for a varied role within a thriving company? Do you want to take full ownership of HSEQ across the business, working closely with operational and contracts leadership while supporting site teams day to day? The business delivers high-quality commercial landscaping projects across London and the M25, including rooftop gardens, large residential developments, education schemes, and public-sector works. Projects typically range up to £1-2m and are delivered for well-known developers and repeat clients. Alongside live sites, the company operates plant nurseries giving the role genuine variety and scope. You''ll act as the sole HSEQ lead, responsible for maintaining and improving health and safety standards across all operations.
