This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HSE professional to join a growing, multi site business. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the organisation''s safety culture, ensuring compliance across multiple sites, and driving continuous improvement in Health and Safety performance. The Role: The Health and Safety Manager will work closely with operational teams, site management, and contractors to implement best practice, support ongoing compliance, and provide expert guidance on all aspects of Health and Safety management. This is a hands on, influential position suited to someone who thrives in fast paced, technical environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop HandS policies - Create, implement, and continuously improve Health and Safety policies, procedures, and management systems. Conduct site inspections - Carry out inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring across manufacturing and construction sites.
