Health And Safety Manager

Join our team as an HSE and Facility Manager, where you will report directly to the Human Resources Manager. This role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities while leading our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our environmental and safety performance, aligning with our core value of SAFETY FIRST.Day-to-Day of the Role:Define, implement, and promote the site''s HSE policy in compliance with current regulations and organisational standards.Lead and coordinate HSE teams, fostering employee engagement and ensuring the development of team members.Drive HSE performance indicators and regularly report to management on progress and performance.Ensure compliance with internal and external HSE rules and regulations.Manage and oversee facility operations including maintenance, repairs, and planning for future needs.Conduct risk assessments, manage incident responses, and ensure continuous improvement in safety and environmental standards.Lead the implementation and management of the HSE management system, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.Coordinate training and awareness programs to reinforce HSE culture across the organisation.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent technical school degree.Demonstrable experience in HSE roles, with strong stakeholder and project management skills.Proficiency in ..... full job details .....
