You will manage a small HSE team, provide expert guidance, and contribute to key safety strategy and performance improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and develop HSE team membersPromote a proactive, positive health and safety cultureEnsure compliance with all UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislationManage and review HSE policies, procedures and safe systems of workLead incident and near-miss investigations and ensure accurate reportingOversee site audits, inspections, risk assessments and RAMSSupport and maintain ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standardsProduce clear HSE reports and present findings to senior leadership and the BoardSupport environmental compliance and sustainability ..... full job details .....
