This will be a site based role with and is to pay the successful candidate a salary of £50-55k + Benefits. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role of Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing H&S policies and procedures across a manufacturing environment, conducting operational risk assessments and hazard control, maintaining a strong visible presence across the factory floor, work collaboratively with site mangers, engineering and compliance teams to ensure ongoing compliance and promote a positive, proactive safety culture across the business amongst other relevant duties.
