Health and Safety Manager - £55k-65k + Benefits – Refurbishment / Fitout Projects – London and the SE – ID: 804986Ready to make a real impact on health, safety, and well-being across high-profile refurbishment/fitout projects?We have partnered with a main contractor specialising in interior fit-out and refurbishment within a wide range of industries, including: commercial, media and tech, Financial Services and Education across London and the South East predominantly. They’re known for combining hands-on collaboration with a structured, quality-driven approach.What''s in it for you:£55k–65k salary + all travel fully expensed25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas Closure (without using your annual leave)Pension SchemeWhat you’ll be doing:Carry out regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HandS regulations and internal proceduresProvide guidance and support on RAMSLead investigations into incidents and near misses, producing clear reports with corrective actionsKeep accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training activitiesWork closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain a safe site cultureSupport updates to HandS documentation, policies, and proceduresAssist with maintaining company accreditations and certification complianceIdeal background:NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential)Safety experience within Fitout, Refurbishment or Building Services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity to step into a recognised fitout and refurbishment business with a large, stable portfolio of diverse works.Interested?
