This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, maintaining site standards, and providing practical H&S support to project teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site health and safety inspections and audits. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, LOLER, PUWER, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and ISO 45001 Requirements. Deliver toolbox talks and review subcontractor RAMS. Monitor and maintain health and safety documentation. Provide practical health and safety guidance to site teams and subcontractors. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, implementing corrective actions where required. Support the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
