We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Health & Safety Lead to champion best practices, drive compliance, and shape the future of safety across our business. Based in Warwick, this is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Board, offering autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development and implementation of health & safety strategy across the organisation
- Act as the go-to advisor for all H&S matters, supporting directors, managers, and staff
- Monitor legislation and industry trends to keep our policies sharp and compliant
- Deliver monthly KPI reports and present insights directly to the Board
- Own key safety initiatives—from risk assessments and COSHH to fire safety, PPE, and contractor compliance
- Drive training, awareness, and engagement across all teams
- Manage audits, inspections, and external relationships with H&S bodies
- NEBOSH qualified with deep knowledge of UK H&S legislation
- Proven experience at a senior level, ideally within a technical or design-led environment
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Skilled in planning, prioritising, and delivering results independently
- Strong IT skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A natural problem-solver who thrives on continuous improvement
- Based in Warwick
- Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
