Key Responsibilities Lead health and safety across multiple construction projects. Develop and implement Construction Phase Plans, RAMS and site-specific safety procedures. Conduct site inspections, audits, incident investigations and ensure RIDDOR compliance where applicable. Advise project teams, clients and subcontractors on health and safety best practice and regulatory compliance. Lead Operational Risk Management (ORM) processes and support project risk assessments.
