Health And Safety Manager
Health and Safety Advisor / Safety Professional We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Professional to support the safe delivery of construction projects, ensuring compliance with UK health and safety legislation while promoting a positive safety culture across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead health and safety across multiple construction projects. Develop and implement Construction Phase Plans, RAMS and site-specific safety procedures. Conduct site inspections, audits, incident investigations and ensure RIDDOR compliance where applicable. Advise project teams, clients and subcontractors on health and safety best practice and regulatory compliance. Lead Operational Risk Management (ORM) processes and support project risk assessments. Deliver health and safety training, briefings and toolbox talks. Promote continuous improvement and a proactive safety culture. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015, the Health and Safety at Work Act, and ISO 45001 standards. About You NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (Diploma desirable) or equivalent HandS qualification. Experience in construction, electrical, industrial or infrastructure environments. Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations, RAMS, incident investigations and UK HandS legislation. Experience with ISO 45001 and safety management systems. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Full UK driving ..... full job details .....
