Health And Safety Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Health and Safety Officer/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe working environment, covering multiple social housing and Construction sites, from Essex, Kent, East London and West Sussex, by implementing safety protocols, conducting training sessions, and monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential hazards and promoting a culture of safety within the organisation. Requirements and Responsibilities: A strong background in health and safety management, preferably within the construction, social housing, or property management sectors. Proven experience in developing and delivering RAMS, CPPs, and other safety documentation. Experience or knowledge of implementing ISO 45001 standards. Ability to effectively engage with and train staff, subcontractors, and operatives on safety protocols. Familiarity with safety registers, inspection protocols, and subcontractor onboarding processes. Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
