We’re looking for a Health & Safety Manager to lead the strategic development and operational delivery of our Health & Safety framework across New College Swindon. You’ll play a key role in embedding a strong culture of safety, ensuring legislative compliance and supporting staff, students and visitors across all College campuses. What you'll do Lead the development and continuous improvement of the College’s Health & Safety framework, policies and procedures. Provide expert advice to Senior Leaders, managers and staff on Health & Safety legislation, risk and compliance. Lead on risk assessments, audits, inspections, investigations and improvement plans. Manage fire safety, emergency procedures, educational visits and work experience Health & Safety. Oversee accident, incident and near-miss reporting, including RIDDOR where required.
