Health and Safety Manager

I''m currently partnering with a successful, fast growing fresh produce business to recruit a Health and Safety Manager to lead safety strategy across their multi site operation.This is a senior, business critical role reporting directly to the Executive Team. It is a fantastic opportunity to shape, influence and elevate Health and Safety standards across a complex, fast paced agricultural and food production environment.The RoleYou will work cross functionally with Production, Harvest, Technical and Logistics teams to ensure Health and Safety is fully aligned with operational and food safety standards, including BRCGS requirements.With direct access to senior leadership, you will influence strategic decisions, advise on statutory responsibilities and play a key role in protecting both people and business continuity.The ResponsibilitesLead Health and Safety strategy and compliance across multiple sitesManage risk assessments and Safe Systems of WorkOversee incident investigation and corrective actionsConduct audits and drive continuous improvementSupport training and workforce safety initiativesAdvise senior leadership on statutory obligationsWhat I am looking forNEBOSH General CertificateHealth and Safety experience in food production, agriculture or manufacturingKnowledge of UK Health and Safety legislationExperience in high risk operational environmentsWhy Join?Direct influence at senior levelStrategic responsibility across multi site operationsOpportunity to shape safety ..... full job details .....
