We are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor to join our fantastic team in our South West region. The role will see you provide regional support to the Divisional SHE Director in the implementation and supervision of the Company s Safety, Health and Environmental policy so as to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all employees and workers engaged on Company business. HEALTH and SAFETY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor, develop and implement SHE systems to ensure our standards, performance and compliance is of the highest order Provide support and advice to the Region and represent Regional Management in discussions with employees and external organisations on safety, health and environmental (SHE) matters Support the development of Health and Safety management capability within the Region by improving the skills and knowledge of Miller personnel Report on Area Performance and in conjunction with the Area Management, develop solutions for compliance and improvement.
