The role will lead health, safety and wellbeing activity across Anthro JV operations, ensuring legal compliance, strong project governance and a collaborative approach to safe delivery. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of the Anthro Safe, Sustainable and Wellbeing Strategy across project sites and offices. Provide expert advice, guidance, coaching and training on health, safety and wellbeing matters to project teams, employees, advisors and contractors. Conduct regular site safety inspections, health-focused monitoring, audits and management system reviews, ensuring actions are communicated and closed out. Review Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, method statements, risk assessments and associated project documentation. Prepare and deliver toolbox talks, safety alerts, inductions and project briefings, supporting customer and Principal Contractor requirements.
