Health and Safety Manager - Main Contractor
Are you an experienced Health and Safety Manager, with experience working for a construction Main Contractor? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional main contractor, who are currently looking to appoint a Health and Safety Manager to oversee all HandS activity across our sites, ensuring full compliance with all practices and standards are being adhered too. As a Health and Safety Manager you will also carry out quality control inspections to ensure high standards are kept. What''s in it for you? Prior experience working as a Health and Safety Manager, ideally for a construction main contractor. Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK HandS legislation. NEBOSH qualified Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities: Attend sites, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015, HASAWA 1974, Building Safety Act and associated regulations. Develop and maintain policies, RAMS, CPPs, SOPs and site documentation. Lead accident investigations and root cause analysis. Conduct site inspections, audits and scaffold compliance checks.
