Health and Safety Manager Location: Bradford / Yorkshire Salary: Circa 55k - 60k plus benefits Cosmetics, Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Health and Safety Manager / About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health and Safety Manager to lead and continuously improve health, safety, quality, and compliance across our clients manufacturing operations. Operating within a highly regulated environment covering cosmetics, medical devices, and pharmaceutical products, this role is critical in ensuring both regulatory excellence and a strong, positive safety culture. You will manage a small Health and Safety and Quality team, take ownership of the ISO management systems, and play a key role in preparing the business for ISO 13485 accreditation. Health and Safety Manager / Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a small Health and Safety and Quality team, ensuring clear priorities and high performance Drive a positive, proactive health and safety culture across all levels of the organisation Develop, implement, and maintain robust HandS policies, procedures, and safe systems of work Act as the management lead for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, including audits, continuous improvement, and compliance Lead the planning, implementation, and certification journey for ISO 13485 Manage internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with relevant UK health and safety legislation ..... full job details .....
